亞馬遜賣家賬號被黑追蹤③：銷售權(quán)、賬號領(lǐng)回模板攻略

自從雨果網(wǎng)發(fā)布相關(guān)追蹤報道以來，組建的應(yīng)對群里涌入了很多受害賣家現(xiàn)身說法。不過好消息是有賣家稱已經(jīng)成功領(lǐng)回了賬號，并重新獲得了店鋪銷售權(quán)。

一名從事汽配和戶外電子的賣家向雨果網(wǎng)透露到，目前他已經(jīng)申請回賬戶，但依舊沒有店鋪銷售權(quán)。據(jù)他介紹，4月27號亞馬遜向其打款，而后4月28號就收到郵件稱其的帳號可能會被泄露，于是該賣家趕緊修改密碼，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)此時銀行賬戶已經(jīng)被篡改了，原本2.8萬美金也被惡意置換成2.5萬歐元轉(zhuǎn)到了一個叫斯諾克伐克的國家。

“在發(fā)現(xiàn)銀行賬戶被黑后，我第一時間就向亞馬遜反映了當(dāng)前的情況，幾天之后亞馬遜關(guān)閉了我的賬戶，在后續(xù)與亞馬遜郵件指示聯(lián)系的過程我成功地解開賬戶，而店鋪的銷售權(quán)卻沒了?！?

在與賣家的溝通中，他痛苦地說到：“帳戶被封、喪失銷售權(quán)，對我是災(zāi)難性的打擊”。截止目前他多次聯(lián)系平臺績效均無正面回復(fù)，已損失2.82萬美金現(xiàn)金，他表示錢沒了還可以再賺，而銷售權(quán)的丟失讓他平均每天3000刀的銷售額和超過50萬人民幣庫存慘遭封殺，經(jīng)濟(jì)損失巨大。

另一位做時尚配件的賣家雖說他也遭受到了同樣的問題，不過該賣家已經(jīng)成功找回了賬號和銷售權(quán)。

“和其他賣家一樣，我也是在不斷地聯(lián)系績效團(tuán)隊和賬戶經(jīng)理。值得注意的是，如果賣家有自己的賬戶經(jīng)理可以請求賬戶經(jīng)理發(fā)送內(nèi)部郵件，那么績效團(tuán)隊在處理的時候可能會縮短中間不必要環(huán)節(jié)，賣家需要做的是寫清楚自己經(jīng)歷的來龍去脈和賬戶目前的資料情況?！彼f。

同時，該賣家還建議其他受害賣家點擊亞馬遜后臺的申訴按鈕?！暗且欢ú灰つ奎c擊，該申訴按鈕的使用機(jī)會只有一次，賣家朋友們應(yīng)該好好把握?！?

此外，該賣家也從自身成功申訴的角度出發(fā)，向賣家朋友分享如下的郵件申訴書，助力于部分同樣遭受賬號被黑的賣家及時找回賬號和店鋪銷售權(quán)，需要注意的是，賣家需要根據(jù)自身店鋪的實際情況做文字上的細(xì)微調(diào)整。

the hacker changed it to a unknown Payment bank account which ends in  434 which resulted in the money from April 15th, 2017 to April 29th, 2017  is being transfered to the hacker's bank account.
