一:站內(nèi)信處理的基本原則

1.批發(fā)的站內(nèi)信消息優(yōu)先處理。抓住一個(gè)老客戶(hù),有時(shí)候可以頂你一天的銷(xiāo)售額,要把更多的精力放在批發(fā)訂單上,爭(zhēng)取拿下批發(fā)訂單。

2.如實(shí)回答,切勿忽悠。客戶(hù)詢(xún)問(wèn)產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)功能,知道就是知道,不知道就是不知道,不確定就說(shuō)不知道,一旦你說(shuō)了可以支持,結(jié)果買(mǎi)回去用不了,糾紛退全款,妥妥的。(客戶(hù)要懂產(chǎn)品+物流+銷(xiāo)售等等)

二:站內(nèi)信分類(lèi)及具體方法

2.1 產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題

詢(xún)問(wèn)外觀相關(guān)(尺寸,顏色等)
