很多賣家因在郵件中使用不恰當(dāng)語言與客戶溝通，導(dǎo)致被亞馬遜懷疑操縱評論，最終賬號(hào)被封。這種違規(guī)方式，也會(huì)被平臺(tái)看作是對買家/賣家信息系統(tǒng)的濫用，如果不解決這點(diǎn)，即使申述也無法把賬號(hào)要回來。
它包括向客戶發(fā)送推銷信息；或與平臺(tái)其它賣家聯(lián)系；用郵件轟炸買家；通過郵件試圖向客戶銷售或追加銷售產(chǎn)品；不適當(dāng)?shù)匾笳嬖u價(jià)，逼迫留負(fù)面評價(jià)的客戶。因操縱評論被關(guān)閉的賬號(hào)，其賣家全都在發(fā)出的郵件中使用了不恰當(dāng)言語。
1、如果產(chǎn)品通過促銷或優(yōu)惠券售出，不要要求評論
2、不要向買家要求正面評論
3、不要告訴買家寫什么，給出評論模板，或不斷騷擾，讓他們寫評論
4、不要讓留下正面賣家反饋的客戶，再去寫產(chǎn)品評價(jià)
5、當(dāng)客戶希望你別再打擾，不要繼續(xù)發(fā)郵件要求移除評論
6、不要讓家人或朋友寫評論
7、不要付費(fèi)給博主或其它線下評論員來獲取評論
假如你的郵件是發(fā)給全款購買產(chǎn)品的客戶，以下幾種模板可以在遵循亞馬遜要求的基礎(chǔ)上收集評論。
