一、公司文件（PDF格式彩色清晰掃描件，一個(gè)月以上有效期）

1、注冊(cè)證明書

Certificate of Incorporation

2、商業(yè)登記書

3、公司章程

Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation

4、最新的周年申報(bào)表

Form AR1

5、法團(tuán)成立表格及其他變更文件（董事、秘書、地址等），如Form NC1, D2A, R1等

Incorporation form and other change documents (director, secretary, address, etc.), e.g. Form NC1, D2A, R1, etc

6、經(jīng)簽字的公司股權(quán)構(gòu)架圖（授權(quán)簽字人或?qū)嶋H控制人或?qū)嶋H受益人簽字

Signed Corporate Organization Chart (signature by authorized signature or actual controller or ultimate beneficiary owner)

●要求：清晰展示公司股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)，向上穿透到個(gè)人，并注明比例，圖中名稱均英文展示

●Requirements: Clearly show the corporate organization and the percentage of ownership, the names should be in English

7、業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)證明（如發(fā)票，提單，合同，租賃協(xié)議，投資協(xié)議），英文版 3 份（如有）

Proof of business activities (e.g. for trading company: invoices, list of suppliers/clients, contract agreements; for investment holding company: proof of investments (i.e. letter of intent, shareholding agreement or title deeds), English version 3 copies (if any)

●要求：正式文件. 能夠清晰展示公司的業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)，如果沒有，請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┕竞喗楹蜆I(yè)務(wù)描述，并提供關(guān)聯(lián)公司或控股公司的業(yè)務(wù)證明（如有）

●Requirements: All formal documents should clearly show the company's business activities, if there are no formal documents, please provide the business description of operations and activities, and formal documents of the related or holding companies (if any)

8、業(yè)務(wù)范圍說明: 請(qǐng)按以下要求寫一段英文說明（不限于圖片、文檔或PPT，文件需簽字）

Description of business activities: Please write a description in English according to the following requirements（Not limited to pictures, documents or PPT, document to be signed）

●要求：

①介紹公司業(yè)務(wù)的類型和范圍，請(qǐng)真實(shí)描述；

②公司資金的主要去向，主要投資于哪些領(lǐng)域和范圍；

③開戶目的說明；

④資金來源描述（如果是外部融資，需要寫出外部融資來源的信息；內(nèi)部也需要寫出是母公司注資還是股東自己出資）

●Requirements: 

①Describe the type and scope of the company's business；

② What fields and scope of the company's funds are mainly invested；

③Purpose of opening account；

④The source of company funds

9、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃（非必需）: 今后業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃，提交會(huì)提高審核通過概率

Business plan (Non-required): Describe the business plan and the upcoming business, submission will increase the probability of approval.

二、公司相關(guān)資料

Company related information

1、公司實(shí)際控制人，授權(quán)簽字人、最終受益人（直接或間接擁有超過（包含）25%股權(quán)的所有人）有效期一個(gè)月以上的身份證明材料

ID cards or/and passport with a validity period of more than one month of all Beneficial Owners (with an interest ownership of 25% or more), Directors, and Authorized Signatories

●要求：

①護(hù)照信息頁彩色掃描件；

②居民身份證雙面彩色掃描；

③住址證明（六個(gè)月內(nèi)，必須為居住地址，本人姓名，包括但不限于水電費(fèi)繳費(fèi)單、信用卡賬單、電商訂單等）

●Requirements:

①Passport information page needs color scanning 

②ID card double-sided color scanning 

③Address Proof (within six months, must be residential address. Including but not limited to phone bill, credit card bill, bank statement, etc.)

●如果網(wǎng)銀操作員為以上人員范圍之外的員工，需要提交證件掃描件備案（身份證或護(hù)照， 以開戶申請(qǐng)表填寫為準(zhǔn)）

●E-banking operator needs to submit a scanned copy of the identity document (ID card or Passport, subject to the Account Opening Application Form)

2、最少由法定開會(huì)人數(shù)的董事簽署的董事會(huì)開戶決議（我行提供模板，如公司只有一位董事且為賬戶協(xié)議簽署人則無需提交）

Board Resolution, signed by quorum of Board of Directors (we support the template file of Board Resolution. If the company has only one director and is a signatory of the account agreement, there is no need to submit)
