敦煌網(wǎng)：退款糾紛延長(zhǎng)15天！意大利物流受阻，賣(mài)家可以這樣做

近期，意大利疫情迅速升級(jí)，多個(gè)物流商都暫停了意大利地區(qū)的包裹攬收和配送服務(wù)。敦煌網(wǎng)也發(fā)布了公告，稱受到疫情疫情影響，意大利部分地區(qū)暫停包裹、特快專遞郵件的收件、接收以及派送服務(wù)，并提醒賣(mài)家做好安撫買(mǎi)家等相關(guān)動(dòng)作，以免帶來(lái)不必要損失。具體如下：

意大利物流受到影響的區(qū)域：

（除以上區(qū)域外，其他地區(qū)暫時(shí)未受到影響。）

對(duì)于意大利路向已經(jīng)明確無(wú)法派送地區(qū)，一定要篩選出來(lái)并與買(mǎi)家做好溝通協(xié)調(diào)，否則這些包裹寄到意大利后，很有可能會(huì)造成積壓，從而導(dǎo)致無(wú)法投遞和丟件等情況發(fā)生，對(duì)于這些情況導(dǎo)致的損失物流將不予承擔(dān)損失賠償，由賣(mài)家自行承擔(dān)。

為降低客戶受到的影響，敦煌網(wǎng)平臺(tái)對(duì)此期間的受影響訂單制定以下保護(hù)政策：

- 未收到貨糾紛處理：收件是意大利的訂單，買(mǎi)家已發(fā)起“未收到貨”糾紛的訂單實(shí)行保護(hù)政策：上升到平臺(tái)的糾紛，人工處理仲裁的時(shí)間由原來(lái)的基礎(chǔ)上延長(zhǎng)15天 。如買(mǎi)家堅(jiān)持退款，平臺(tái)按原時(shí)間裁決。

針對(duì)已發(fā)貨買(mǎi)家未收到貨和未發(fā)貨的訂單，建議您與買(mǎi)家積極保持溝通，話術(shù)可參考：

1）已發(fā)貨，用戶未收到貨：
