我去到了亞馬遜美國(guó)站，看看它在上面的業(yè)績(jī)情況。目前它是亞馬遜美國(guó)站的#1 Best Seller，現(xiàn)有留評(píng)數(shù)4192，售價(jià)15美元：

經(jīng)檢索，它是存在有高度相關(guān)的美國(guó)外觀專利的，下面是美國(guó)外觀專利圖的截圖：

所以，在美國(guó)市場(chǎng)想銷售該款產(chǎn)品，務(wù)必注意潛在的專利侵權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)......

這里尤其提示玩具廠家，他們可能會(huì)想，我換一種動(dòng)物形象，但是還是可以翻面的，是否可行？

不行！只要是類似翻面操作的毛絨玩具，在美國(guó)市場(chǎng)均有侵權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)......因?yàn)?，它也有美?guó)的發(fā)明專利（Abstract：The present disclosure includes embodiments directed to a reversible toy.
