為什么美國玩具產(chǎn)品CPC不通過審核？CPC不過審核的解決方法

最近問起CPC認(rèn)證的朋友特別多，在沒認(rèn)識我之前，有些已經(jīng)找了別的機(jī)構(gòu)辦理CPC證書，但是仍然無法過審。我梳理了下被亞馬遜拒絕的原因

解答：電動玩具的測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，還需要做電池部分的ASTM Section 4.25關(guān)于電池驅(qū)動和電池部分的測試，若測試報告缺乏這項(xiàng)測試，會導(dǎo)致無法過審。（產(chǎn)品是內(nèi)置電池、外接干電池、USB供電、直插供電的都需要做這個測試項(xiàng)目）

解答：美國進(jìn)口商信息是目前CPC證書最容易出錯的原因之一，此條的解決方案目前有六種，但是涉及個人經(jīng)驗(yàn)，需要了解的可以咨詢。
七、 Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product
解答：提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產(chǎn)品型號和product description（產(chǎn)品描述）。導(dǎo)致此問題的原因是CPC模板有問題，無法與CPC測試報告和Listing建立上聯(lián)系。用正確的CPC證書模板修改即可解決。
八、In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or priVATe labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.
The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.
解答：上面我們說過，CPC的本質(zhì)是一份自我聲明，是由進(jìn)口商或者制作商簽發(fā)的（實(shí)際操作中，多數(shù)情況都是由貿(mào)易商自主簽發(fā)），只有CPC的測試報告是由檢測機(jī)構(gòu)蓋章簽發(fā)的。所以不能用檢測機(jī)構(gòu)蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過不了審核，此條很容易解決。

解答：在CPC證書上加上測試結(jié)果維護(hù)聯(lián)系人信息就可以了，很簡單。

解答：沒有提供注冊卡，或者是注冊卡的信息填寫錯誤導(dǎo)致。涉及到需要提供注冊卡的商品一般是耐用的嬰兒消費(fèi)品，并且危險程度相對較高。比如圍欄、門欄、背帶、學(xué)步車、搖籃等等。填寫內(nèi)容比較復(fù)雜，不易解釋。需要請咨詢。

總結(jié)：在聯(lián)系檢測機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行CPC測試的時候，需找到經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的業(yè)務(wù)員對接，一切按照亞馬遜平臺要求去做測試，否則認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)做出來的CPC報告雖是真實(shí)有效的測試報告，但是亞馬遜就是不認(rèn)，千萬不要以你運(yùn)營的思維去理解。CPC在所有認(rèn)證中屬于比較特殊的認(rèn)證，一般廠家提供的CPC證書沒有用，多數(shù)需要貿(mào)易商自行處理?！安灰阌X得OK，而是要讓亞馬遜覺得OK”(亞馬遜的審核員并不專業(yè)，但是有模板對照，只要模板沒問題，就可以過審)
亞馬遜要求CPC證書是屬于商品安全審核！所以建議如果想要長期做玩具類產(chǎn)品和母嬰產(chǎn)品的賣家，還是要將證書做好！另外，被拒絕和審核時間長的朋友不必著急，目前來說只要提供CPC證書和報告后，在審核期到了還是沒有回復(fù)也不會下架你的產(chǎn)品，仍然可以正常出單。
