我是亞馬遜新手賣家，剛剛收到一個(gè)4星反饋

我是亞馬遜新手賣家，昨天第一次收到反饋，這個(gè)買家給了4星（這件商品是一個(gè)裝工具的箱子，價(jià)格是10美元，兩周前賣出去的），買家給的評(píng)論是這樣的：
“Before buying a case like this one, it is essential to look at the dimensions尺寸. This case does not work for the size of tool that we have. It is a well constructed case. We will keep it for when we buy a craft tool that is the appropriate size for the case.”
“買箱子前，真的要看清楚尺寸再買，這個(gè)箱子挺好的，但是我們工具的尺碼和這個(gè)箱子的不匹配，真的很可惜。我們會(huì)留著這個(gè)箱子，等以后有合適尺碼的工具了，再拿出來(lái)用?！?br /> 雖然這個(gè)4星評(píng)論也算好評(píng)，但是我怕其他買家看了以后就不想買了，所以你們說(shuō)我要不要回復(fù)這個(gè)反饋，然后把錢退給他??？
