我的亞馬遜Return Dissatisfaction Rate突然飄紅了!不知道原因是啥

這兩天我的“退貨不滿意率(Return Dissatisfaction Rate)”突然亮紅燈了(60天的指標(biāo)是25%,7天和30天的都是0),但是我沒有收到任何的通知郵件。去問亞馬遜seller support的人,他們幫我查了一下,我的退貨不滿意率沒有問題,真是太奇怪啦!我一直在思考原因是啥,然后想起來之前有一個(gè)買家,收到貨幾個(gè)月之后想退貨,我沒有答應(yīng)他的請(qǐng)求。會(huì)不會(huì)是這個(gè)原因???你們覺得呢?

“Negative Return Feedback Rate
The Negative Return Feedback Rate is the percentage of valid return requests that have negative buyer feedback. For every return request, we ask buyers if their return was resolved. If they indicate that the return was not resolved, the return request is considered to have a negative feedback.”
“。。。負(fù)面反饋的退貨請(qǐng)求,是指退貨之后亞馬遜會(huì)發(fā)郵件問買家,賣家是否解決了你的問題?如果買家回答否。那么這次退貨請(qǐng)求將被計(jì)入負(fù)面反饋?!?br /> 呵呵噠

我們是因?yàn)橥丝罱o買家的時(shí)候,沒有把最初的運(yùn)費(fèi)退給他,所以他們就選了“no”,我們的退貨不滿意率就亮紅燈了T^T

我也是這樣!我們接受了退貨,把運(yùn)費(fèi)也退給買家了,沒想到他還是給了我們一個(gè)負(fù)面反饋。。。
樓主,其實(shí)你可以發(fā)郵件給買家的:
"If you think we’re incorrectly interpreting a situation or are unfairly evaluating a return request, please let us know. We strive to make our metrics beneficial to you and seek your help in constantly improving them. Please email your feedback to seller-returns@amazon.com. Include the order ID you’re referencing and how we can improve this metric."
你可以試試看,態(tài)度盡量誠懇一點(diǎn)

退貨不滿意率包括:負(fù)面退貨反饋率、延遲回復(fù)率和無效拒絕率。
退貨不滿意率的指標(biāo)不能超過10%,它沒有非常硬性的要求,但是賣家還是需要注意一下
