亞馬遜買家在下單后的1年半提交A-Z claim,理由是“Where is my stuff”,我要瘋了

買家是15年1月下的訂單,現(xiàn)在卻說他沒收到貨,都過了這么久了,我去哪兒找tracking number啊?去問USPS的人,他們說只能找到1年前的追蹤記錄(除非是特殊情況,比如郵件詐騙、調(diào)查研究等)。我懷疑如果我不上傳顯示快遞已送達的跟蹤信息,我肯定會輸?shù)暨@個claim!
上一周亞馬遜給我發(fā)了這條信息:
“Hello,
We've been contacted by a customer regarding the order identified below.
Order#: xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx
Item: xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx - xxxxx (xxxxxxxxx)
Reason: Where's My Stuff ?
Details: There is no tracking for this order. Our customer hasn't received this order yet. Order was placed long back in January 2015. this is not how we make business. Customers trust and satisfaction is our at most priority. Resolve this immediately or else a claim will be filed against you.”
亞馬遜讓我馬上解決問題,現(xiàn)在該怎么辦??

樓主,你可以這樣回復(fù)claim:
1.customer ordered on .................
2.seller shipped on ................... with tracking number .....................
3.since the order was placed a year and a half ago, the tracking information is no longer available for us to investigate.
4.Amazon policy allows for 90 days after estimated delivery date to open A to Z claim. This claim was opened a year and a half after order date.
5.Per Amazon policy, please close this claim as the buyer did not contact us within reasonable time frame for us to investigate and resolve.

你確定買家申請了AZ,亞馬遜有在受理這個case?還是說亞馬遜客服只是把買家說的話轉(zhuǎn)達給你?

過了這么久買家再去申請AZ 說沒收到貨,亞馬遜還同意,這也太荒唐了。而且這個客服說的話聽起來就讓人很不舒服,感覺很不專業(yè)。

正常情況下,買家可以在購買物品的90天(預(yù)計最大的交貨時間)內(nèi)申請claim,現(xiàn)在時間都過了這么久,亞馬遜還同意開啟claim。。。我覺得你贏的機率很大
