亞馬遜客戶買了18臺平板電腦,全部安裝了app,現(xiàn)在想要退貨?

前段時間有個客戶下了一個大訂單,他總共買了18臺平板電腦(價格在$1000左右),我用expedited delivery(特快專遞)把貨發(fā)給他。沒過幾天,他就發(fā)信息跟我說想把這些平板電腦退給我,因為已經(jīng)不需要它們了。但問題是他已經(jīng)拆開了全部電腦的包裝,把它們都拿出來用了,還在電腦上安裝了一些app。。。
我去看了一下亞馬遜關(guān)于computers/laptops的政策,里面有提到:“? New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.”(個人賣家的退貨政策適用于那些向市場供應(yīng)商購買的,新的、用過的、以及翻新的產(chǎn)品)
現(xiàn)在我該怎么處理這件事呢?大家有什么好的建議??

你要讓買家知道,他退回來的產(chǎn)品condition如果和發(fā)貨時的不一樣(發(fā)貨時是新的、包裝未拆開的;退回來是用過的、包裝被拆開了),那根據(jù)亞馬遜的政策,賣家可以向買家收取restocking fee(多達(dá)50%)

他是在購買的30天內(nèi)要求退貨的?是的話,你要接受退貨。如果是他反悔不想要了(no longer needed),你可以讓他付退回來的運費。我是覺得為了快遞能安全送達(dá)(畢竟商品價格這么高),你可以要求signature confirmation的服務(wù)

“Up to 50% of item's price:The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.”

補(bǔ)充一下,你在收restocking fee前,先跟買家解釋一下為什么沒有把全部的錢退給他。買家可能會覺得不公平,抱怨你收得太多了,然后去申請AZ。你不用太擔(dān)心,把事情說清楚就好了,畢竟你是按著亞馬遜的政策來處理的

小心一點,這么多臺電腦,萬一買家退貨的時候把哪臺給遺漏了,那就不好了。收到貨后你才能知道condition到底是怎樣的,這時候再通知買家restocking fee怎么收取。要注意,你一定要有自己的退貨政策才行

樓主,你應(yīng)該有把這些電腦的serial number(出廠序號)記錄下來吧?這樣一來你就知道他退回來的電腦是不是你的了
,亞馬遜不同的貨物用的是不同的退貨流程,甚至還有免退的貨物。
