我在亞馬遜搜索自己品牌的關(guān)鍵字,發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)競(jìng)品,這是怎么回事?

最近我去搜索自己品牌名的關(guān)鍵字,然后就發(fā)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)競(jìng)品,而且它們的排名還在上升。去看它們的listing頁面,沒有我的品牌關(guān)鍵字。為什么會(huì)這樣呢?
去問亞馬遜seller performance的工作人員,他們給我發(fā)了這封郵件:
“Hello,Thank you for your message. I have looked at the items you identified and they do not use the term "xxxxx" as a keyword. To assist consumers in navigating through the millions of products in our enormous online catalog, AMAZON employs a complex user-defined searching system. The sole purpose of our searching mechanism is to help consumers navigate through the extensive catalog and make informed purchasing decisions based on the items that may best fit their needs at any given time. The search results are generated in a number of ways, including customer browse and purchase behavior, as well as comparable products in a product category, and the search algorithms are applied equally and automatically to the wide range of products on Amazon's site. Amazon's searching mechanism and display of various items on product pages on the Amazon site is not and is in no way designed to be deceptive or create confusion. To the contrary, Amazon's searching mechanism is employed to allow consumers to freely find, view and compare various products so they can choose the products that best fit their needs.”
他們解釋說,這個(gè)是推薦算法,不知道其他小伙伴有沒有遇到這種情況,我去搜了一些比較有知名度的品牌,并沒有看到類似的情況,感覺亞馬遜是在敷衍回答。。。

可能是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手在關(guān)鍵詞里放了你的品牌,不過如果你的牌子不是非常出名,那他們應(yīng)該不是故意這樣做的

樓上說得對(duì),應(yīng)該是對(duì)手賣家在關(guān)鍵詞里面寫了你的品牌,也有可能是他在PPC關(guān)鍵詞里面設(shè)置了你的品牌名字

不過一個(gè)品牌運(yùn)營(yíng)久了,是會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種情況的啦,我以前就發(fā)現(xiàn)很多關(guān)鍵詞軟件給出的關(guān)鍵詞還包括其他的品牌

如果你的店鋪同時(shí)出售好幾個(gè)品牌的產(chǎn)品,那這種事情更容易發(fā)生,亞馬遜會(huì)根據(jù)你的搜索習(xí)慣和店鋪的情況,判定這兩個(gè)品牌有一定的相關(guān)性。但是這個(gè)跟“關(guān)聯(lián)”無關(guān),所以不用太擔(dān)心
