亞馬遜買家想換收貨地址,我已經(jīng)發(fā)貨了,要如何作出回應(yīng)?


有個(gè)買家下單2天后發(fā)我信息,叫我改一下收貨地址,但是太遲了,我已經(jīng)發(fā)貨了。現(xiàn)在要怎么做比較恰當(dāng)呢?感覺自己如履薄冰。。。

你只能把貨發(fā)到訂單頁面的那個(gè)地址。發(fā)到其他地址,要是出了什么事,亞馬遜是不會幫你解決的
直接跟買家說:“Sorry, we have already shipped to the address Amazon provided us, and can not change it.”

你有及時(shí)把貨發(fā)到目的地,盡到賣家的責(zé)任,這樣就可以了。最佳的解決方案是,跟他說你把貨發(fā)到了訂單頁面的那個(gè)地址,讓他自己想辦法到這個(gè)地址取貨

我希望亞馬遜不要讓我全額退款,因?yàn)槲矣谐鲞\(yùn)費(fèi),還有其他七七八八的費(fèi)用。。。
剛剛這個(gè)人還耍賴說自己根本就沒下單,這還有沒有天理了?

亞馬遜不會讓你全額退款,如果你是按著亞馬遜給你的地址發(fā)貨的,那你就安全了。
要是包裹沒有被投遞出去,你需要退錢,但是你可以不用退買家付的最初運(yùn)費(fèi)。。

Thank you for ordering from us on Amazon. Your new (item) (Serial) was shipped on (tracking) and was (will be) delivered to (Address) on (Date).
I heard that the wrong address was inadvertently used on the Amazon account, this was the address we received on the order and shipped it to. We are happy to follow Amazon policy and offer a return for refund for any reason. This is your authorization to return, and once received and refunded you can re-order the item.
If you can contact the person at the other address, the package can be sent back to us unopened by taking it to the post office and writing a "refused, return to sender". Or if the package has already been opened, please ask that it be securely re-packaged, and sent using the shipping label that is attached to this email, please affix the appropriate postage at the post office.
