亞馬遜客戶(hù)退貨,MPN(manufacturer product number廠(chǎng)商產(chǎn)品編號(hào))前后不一致,怎么破?

客戶(hù)買(mǎi)了兩個(gè)泳池飄浮玩具,收到貨還沒(méi)兩天就說(shuō)玩具壞了,然后就退給我們了。
拿到玩具我們檢查了一下,發(fā)現(xiàn)有明顯使用過(guò)的痕跡,而且顏色褪得很?chē)?yán)重,像是用了好久的樣子。關(guān)鍵是玩具的manufacturer product number(廠(chǎng)商的產(chǎn)品編號(hào))跟我們的不匹配,也就是說(shuō),他退的這個(gè)玩具根本不是我們的。
這就過(guò)分了,他還要求更換,或是全額退款,我真的是黑人問(wèn)號(hào)臉,這都什么鬼啊?
我們拍了照片,把快遞箱留著,想著他申請(qǐng)AZ的話(huà),說(shuō)不定能派上用場(chǎng)。
我真的是很不想把錢(qián)退給他,現(xiàn)在要怎么辦才好?

寫(xiě)郵件跟他說(shuō),他“不小心”把錯(cuò)的商品退給你了,不過(guò)這可以理解,因?yàn)橥婢呖雌饋?lái)很像。如果他能提供prepaid return label,你會(huì)很愿意退還它們。別忘了說(shuō)舊玩具的manufacturer product number跟你發(fā)出去的不一樣
未雨綢繆一下,先把交易號(hào)發(fā)給亞馬遜,跟他們報(bào)備這件事

謝謝回復(fù)!我剛剛又去確認(rèn)了一遍,他退的玩具真的不是我的,先不說(shuō)顏色(可能是因?yàn)橥实锰珖?yán)重了,所以看起來(lái)跟之前的明顯不一樣),產(chǎn)品的批號(hào)(batch number)也不匹配,關(guān)鍵是它壞得很?chē)?yán)重,都不能再拿來(lái)用了。無(wú)語(yǔ),怎么可以這樣??
對(duì)了,我們是這么回的:
“Hi XXXXX,
These do not appear to be the floats that were sent by our warehouse. They have been quite used. There are significant stains on them, and they really were torn beyond recognition. The number that was on the float also did not match the batch that was sent to us - the stock we have on hand has a much different set of numbers. Is it possible these were purchased from another vendor?
We're happy to help, but Amazon's rules for returns require us to only accept for
return the items that were shipped by us. We can't identify these as ours. Your help would be greatly appreciated.”

樓主你先保留證據(jù),然后把東西重新包裝一下,再退回去吧。
我想除了一些厚顏無(wú)恥的騙子會(huì)繼續(xù)找茬、申請(qǐng)claim什么的,其他大部分的買(mǎi)家本來(lái)以為自己的做法神不知鬼不覺(jué)的,但是看到你把東西退給他們,應(yīng)該會(huì)察覺(jué)到事情暴露了,然后就放棄了。況且你手上還有證據(jù)(MPN),所以他們肯定是理虧的
