亞馬遜客人買了2件衣服,退貨時硬要說她之前只收到1件。。。做人不能太霍頓啊!

客人買了兩件連體衣,然后要求退貨。她說“它們”(請注意是復(fù)數(shù))的號碼太大了,穿著不合身,我說沒問題。
結(jié)果第二天她就發(fā)郵件跟我說,她只收到一件連體衣,所以只能退一件,等第二件到了她再退給我。Are u kidding me?
我敢肯定她在騙人,因為之前包裝的時候我是把兩件連體衣放在一起的,不可能說一件到了,另一件沒到。還有,她自己都說了,“它們”的號碼太大,所以她肯定兩件都收到了,現(xiàn)在卻說只能退一件。真的是,現(xiàn)在該怎么辦?

你就退一件的錢就好了,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的condition扣除相應(yīng)的restocking fee,等她把第二件衣服退回來的時候你再退剩下的錢

我建議你下回再碰到客戶買多件商品的情況,就在打包的時候多拍一些照片,證明你發(fā)的貨沒有問題。
有些人真的很喜歡貪小便宜,明明收到了完整的貨,卻硬要說沒收到這個、沒收到那個的,醉醉的

樓上的做法可以采納。還有,樓主你可以把產(chǎn)品的重量記錄下來。比如一件衣服的重量是多少,兩件衣服的又是多少。保存一下shipping label的復(fù)印件,也可以把快遞員提供的重量情況記錄下來。這樣就好辦多了

謝謝你們的回答!我發(fā)了一封郵件給亞馬遜的客服,跟他們備案了一下,以免這個人又去騙其他人:
“I would like to report a fraudulent customer
For me, it is not worth it to fight with this customer and have the issue become big. Therefore I did not argue with the customer about her claim and let her know no problem I will take care of it for her.
I must let you know, however, so you can track this customers action and prevent her from continuing to steal from Amazon sellers. Such a customer will surely do it again.
Here is what has occurred. Customer purchase 2 items of the same from me. I shipped them to her. Double checked the package that both were in it. Each item weighs 4 oz, package weight was approx 8 0z - therefore 100% both items were in the package.
Customer now returns 1 item to me, claiming it is way too big. I authorize return. She then claims she only received one.
Customer is 100% fraudulent. She has received both items of the same. She returns 1 with 'complaint', keeps the other for herself. this way, she has now received a free item.
if she hasn't done it before, she will surely do it again. it is worth it to keep an eye on such a customer.
