亞馬遜發(fā)信息讓我發(fā)貨,可我的賬戶里沒(méi)有相關(guān)的訂單信息,What happens?

這兩天一直收到亞馬遜的信息,說(shuō)我有件產(chǎn)品賣出去了,買家已付錢,就等著發(fā)貨了:
“Congratulations! Your amazon marketplace item has been officially purchased by a potential buyer, and payment for the item and the postage cost have been received from the buyer on your behalf by Amazon Payment Services. Payment has been deducted from the buyer's account and has been ‘APPROVED’. Your payment will be credited to your account within 72 hours after we received the postage tracking number for the shipment verification.”
但是我去賬號(hào)看了下,沒(méi)發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)的訂單信息。就跟亞馬遜說(shuō)了,然后他是這么回的:
“Be rest assured that we cannot ship this order until your ‘technical issues’ have been resolved and the order shows as an actual sale in our inventory.
The item is STILL available for another buyer to purchase, thus we are not going to receive negative feedback from a seller trying to sell the same item twice.
In addition, the included ‘sales’ information does not include an email for the seller. We suggest that Amazon get in contact with this seller and advise him that due to ‘technical’ issues the item cannot be shipped until Amazon resolves such technical issues.”
這都什么跟什么???怎么扯到“技術(shù)性的問(wèn)題”了?你們誰(shuí)能幫我看看嗎?

謝謝提醒!我把他的信息標(biāo)記為“no response necessary”,然后舉報(bào)收貨地址是假的,把他發(fā)的信息都給亞馬遜看了

反正以你的賬號(hào)為準(zhǔn)就對(duì)了、、賬號(hào)里沒(méi)有訂單信息,那這筆買賣就不存在,不要聽(tīng)人瞎扯
