在亞馬遜有人沒經(jīng)過允許就賣我們的產(chǎn)品,怎樣才能阻止此類賣家?

我們是品牌商,自己生產(chǎn)和銷售商品。這段時間發(fā)現(xiàn)有賣家在出售我們的產(chǎn)品,去聯(lián)系他們也只收到自動回復(fù)的郵件。氣煞我也!
前幾天因為沒庫存了,就向其中一個賣家購買,收到一看,根本就不是我們的產(chǎn)品。。。去跟賣家反映,結(jié)果他說“don't worry I wont leave a negative review.”??什么叫他“不會給差評”?
怎樣才能阻止這類賣家刊登我的產(chǎn)品?

Dear Amazon Reseller,
Thank you for your interest in reselling product(s) from one of our brands listed below:
XXXX(品牌名)
Effective XXXXXXXX(注冊商標(biāo)成功/版權(quán)生效的時間), the manufacturer of the above listed brands, XXXX(品牌名), is the exclusive, authorized seller of our brands in the Amazon Marketplace. As such, resale of the above branded products in the Amazon Marketplace, by any entity other than XXXX(品牌名), or our designee, is prohibited.
XXXX(品牌名) asks that you or anyone in your organization that has created any listing(s) for the sale of products of the above mentioned brands should delist the same effective immediately.
Despite diligent efforts, to not sell to resellers whose business model includes selling in the Amazon Marketplace, some of our resellers have sold to other resellers who are doing so. If you are a reseller selling our products in the Amazon Marketplace, currently holding inventory of products from XXXX(品牌名), please feel free to contact us at XXXX(聯(lián)系方式) and we can work out a time frame for the clearing out of inventory.

記得去投訴商品與描述不符,先讓他的賬號受影響再說。
他應(yīng)該是一個drop shipper,刊登你的產(chǎn)品是因為他想看一下page view(點擊率)和sales ranking(銷量排行)怎么樣,下一步就是模仿了

有些產(chǎn)品我們會提供保修,而且只會承認(rèn)那些由授權(quán)經(jīng)銷商銷售的產(chǎn)品的保修、也就是說,那些沒有授權(quán)的賣家出售我的商品,因為沒有保修,所以不能把產(chǎn)品的condition刊登成“new”。。。。
