亞馬遜seller performance一直發(fā)同一封郵件要我們提供發(fā)票,真是醉了

最近收到seller performance的郵件,要求提供產(chǎn)品發(fā)票。然后我們就把發(fā)票還有廠商(品牌擁有者)寫的信發(fā)給他們。結(jié)果就收到回信:
“Hello,
Thank you for your response to our request for an invoice. We’ve reviewed your response and have determined that additional information is required to complete our investigation for the following listings:
ASIN(s):XXXXXXXXX
Copies of receipts or invoices which clearly identify the specific item(s) under review/demonstrate purchase and listing quantities/ display condition / are authentic and unaltered/display required information, including supplier and buyer information, invoice date, and item(s) descriptions and quantities/were issued in the last 180 days are required to proceed.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team”
然后我們又發(fā)了一次發(fā)票(發(fā)票上寫了產(chǎn)品ASIN)。
可他們還是不滿意,發(fā)了第二封郵件(跟上面的一樣),讓我們提供更詳細(xì)的資料。都不知道該怎么辦了

建議你打電話過去,把case解釋清楚,你手上有足夠的資料,所以不用擔(dān)心、、發(fā)郵件也說不清楚
