我剛注冊的亞馬遜賣家賬號(沒刊登過產(chǎn)品)被暫停銷售,說違反了listing政策?

這個賬號才注冊1周,亞馬遜就說不符合listing政策,問題是我都還沒刊登過商品吶?!
之前有個買家賬號,用了好幾年了,然后新賬號和這個舊賬號用的是同一張信用卡,但是舊賬號都只是用來購物,沒有賣東西,難道是這個原因?
不然我去把其中1個,或者干脆2個賬號都關(guān)掉,再去創(chuàng)建1個新的?但是這樣做有用嗎?

樓主,把亞馬遜發(fā)的通知郵件po出來,里面應(yīng)該有提到原因
還有,確認一下你的家人有沒有注冊過賣家賬號?如果他們的賬號跟你用的是同一張卡,或者說賬戶跟你的有關(guān)聯(lián)(比如名字),都有可能產(chǎn)生問題

應(yīng)該是亞馬遜搞錯了吧?不然沒刊登過怎么可能違反listing政策?去跟seller performance反映
也有可能是你的IP、地址或用戶名跟某個被封的賬號很像,然后亞馬遜就搞混了,以為是那個人又開了個新賬號。。
