我的亞馬遜賬號被黑,庫存被改,對方把名字加到用戶權(quán)限中,怎么辦?

有人破解了我的賬號密碼,把設(shè)置改了,還把他的名字加到用戶權(quán)限中,把庫存全都換成他的(電子產(chǎn)品)!賬號亂七八糟的,我就改了密碼,把他從用戶權(quán)限中刪除,可是沒用,跟亞馬遜反映,他們一直回:正在處理中。。。
我都快急死了,要怎么辦啊?

不只是你的賬號密碼,還有其他密碼也要改;比如郵箱、銀行卡、還有手機(jī)里面的密碼什么的
還有先把店鋪關(guān)一陣子,調(diào)成假期模式,等事情解決后再開、不然出了問題要你負(fù)責(zé)

怎么會這樣?是不是賬號被合并了?打電話給賣家支持,說這是緊急情況,需要立刻解決,然后你要和主管級別的人交談

問題還挺嚴(yán)重的、、你那臺電腦先別用了,就怕他用某種方法監(jiān)控行動,知道你改密碼之類的
把電腦用殺毒軟件(可以用Malwarebytes或Ccleaner)掃描一遍。在掃描前先把“系統(tǒng)還原”關(guān)掉,然后把之前的備份都刪掉,以免惡意軟件潛伏在里面

賬號被盜很嚴(yán)重的,建議你休假一段時間搞定之后在重新開啟店鋪不然到時候出問題都是你負(fù)責(zé)的
