亞馬遜Valid Tracking Rate一直在降(有按時上傳tracking),莫名其妙

之前是降到40%,后來又降到23%,估計哪天就降到0%,然后我的店鋪就被關(guān)了。你們有碰到這個問題么?

心里毛毛的,一直收到警告說tracking低于要求的95%,Seller Support說他們不處理這個問題,要把case轉(zhuǎn)到seller performance,然后建議我們發(fā)郵件給SP,我們發(fā)了,SP沒回,剛剛?cè)タ磘racking,掉到17%了
