在亞馬遜換了”buy shipping”界面后，出貨標(biāo)簽格式不對(duì)，方向錯(cuò)誤。。。

換了一個(gè)新的”buy shipping”界面，打印shipping label時(shí)格式一直不對(duì)（我用自己的電腦，沒(méi)用標(biāo)簽打印機(jī)），方向顯示是豎向的，可我想要橫向的，不知道怎么改設(shè)置。。

同問(wèn)。Seller support說(shuō)可以把賬號(hào)升級(jí)到professional,這樣可以改發(fā)貨設(shè)置：
“You will have to update your Selling plan to Professional to change your shipping setting.
To switch from an Individual to a Professional selling plan, complete the following steps:
From your seller account, select Settings, then select Account Info.
On the Seller Account Information page, go to the Your Services section and click Manage.
Click Upgrade.”
然后我就問(wèn)可不可以換到舊的界面？他說(shuō)他們正在處理這個(gè)問(wèn)題：
“We have alerted our specialists to your issue and have forwarded your case to their attention.
We understand that this is an urgent issue and will work hard to provide a timely resolution.
