我不小心標錯商品價格,讓買家取消訂單,卻被開az

腦抽把價格標錯了,本來應該是$125,標成$25,立馬就有人下單==。我跟買家道歉,說這是我的錯,我愿意全額退款,希望他能取消訂單。他拒絕,還開az,說Item not received,我一點都不想發(fā)貨,如果我去取消,然后給他退款,那我還是會輸?shù)鬭z的吧?

如果你去退款,那AZ會自動關閉,亞馬遜會判買家贏,所以在事情變嚴重前取消訂單,以后不要犯這種錯誤

下次你直接取消,再跟對方道歉(而不是讓對方取消)。把訂單標為”unshipped”,這樣客戶沒被收費,交易失敗,不能開Az
你取消訂單后,回復az:
This claim has been opened on an order that has not been confirmed as shipped. The order has been cancelled, and the customer was never charged, there is nothing to refund or receive. So the case is unfounded and needs to be closed.

1.Customer's order was cancelled prior to shipment, due to a pricing error.
2.As a result of order cancellation, customer will not receive delivery of merchandise.
3.Customer was never charged for the order so there is no refund due.
Please deny this claim.
買家開不是說沒收到商品嗎?那你就加上一點,因為訂單在發(fā)貨前被取消,所以買家不會被收費,當然也不會收到商品
