客戶留了非VP review抱怨價(jià)格太高,亞馬遜不幫我刪掉

我看到有些客戶留了差評(píng),但都不是VP review,他們都在抱怨產(chǎn)品價(jià)格太高。我已經(jīng)report給亞馬遜了,可亞馬遜拒絕刪掉這些差評(píng)。接下來(lái)我不知道要怎么辦了

這些review不符合規(guī)定,因?yàn)樯鐓^(qū)指南里有明明白白寫(xiě)道:“。。跟價(jià)格、產(chǎn)品可用性無(wú)關(guān)的評(píng)論不能出現(xiàn)在Customer Reviews或Questions and Answers”
所以你可以翻到最早之前的一條評(píng)論,點(diǎn)它的星級(jí)排名,就會(huì)看到鏈接,然后去開(kāi)case(要附上政策內(nèi)容):

1) 這里引用review的內(nèi)容;
2) 這里貼上review的鏈接。
如果亞馬遜同意刪掉這條review,那其它review你也要這么操作(記得每個(gè)case只能舉報(bào)一條review);
如果亞馬遜不同意刪,那就重開(kāi)case,在開(kāi)頭加上一句:”P(pán)lease escalate to a supervisor. Thanks.”不要放棄,Good luck!
