我通常會(huì)通過亞馬遜給客戶發(fā)這樣的郵件:“Amazon has informed us that they have issued you a refund on (item). I'm sorry that it didn't meet your needs. If it was defective, for our quality control purposes, could you share with me what the defect was? It will help us to serve other buyers better. Thanks!”回復(fù)率30%左右,希望對(duì)你有幫助。
你可以在同意退貨之后,這樣給客戶發(fā)郵件:“Your return request has been approved. If you have any questions or feedback for us, we are happy to hear from you. Thank you for your business.”
其實(shí)有時(shí)候退款理由下拉菜單中沒有客戶想要的理由,于是他們就空著了。
還是有就是你要盡量確保產(chǎn)品描述準(zhǔn)確,并凸顯出產(chǎn)品與競(jìng)爭對(duì)手或是相似產(chǎn)品的不同。記住,有些人都是看圖片就購買了,有時(shí)候根本不會(huì)看產(chǎn)品描述,而這類人最有可能退貨。

如果確實(shí)不能接受顧客退貨,應(yīng)該上開始就清楚地說明理由,聲明在先。這種情況,必須非常注意措詞、態(tài)度等,絕對(duì)不可以破壞對(duì)方的心情。如果是不得不接受退貨,也應(yīng)該一開始就心情愉快地接受。并且馬上笑著說:“好的,沒關(guān)系?!?br /> 你讓客戶感受到好的服務(wù),客戶自然也會(huì)回饋給你,到時(shí)一定會(huì)跟家人、左鄰右舍或朋友們這樣宣傳:“那家店退貨時(shí)的待客態(tài)度很好。而且處理速度快,所以大可安心買東西啊。您也到那邊去買東西吧,就說是我介紹來的就可以了。”那么不但可以創(chuàng)造客戶群,也可以達(dá)到一傳十、十傳百的廣告效果,建立良好的口碑。
