listing因訂單缺陷率太高被close,不能重新刊登,有什么解決辦法嗎?

這幾天連續(xù)收到亞馬遜郵件:
Action required:Your listing has been closed due to a high rate of negative customer experiences
“Your listing of XXXXXX has been closed as the negative customer experience rate of 5.3% (returns,refunds or contacts) on recent orders is considerably higher than similar listings. After you have resolved any product or listing issues, you can relist your item immediately without contacting Amazon.
Total order shipped:94
Total defective orders:5
Defect rate:5.3%
Some recent customer comments include:
-Didn't fit my phone
-Does not fit my phone well. Looking for extra protection.
The closing of your listing does not affect your seller performance rating. The action and this alert is to prevent further negative customer experiences and give you the opportunity to address the issue and relist the item(s) yourself.”
說我訂單缺陷率太高,直接把listing關掉了。我自己可以重新刊登,但沒過多久又被close

。。沒什么辦法,你還是主動下架listing吧,不然繼續(xù)的話也還是被close掉,進入無限循環(huán),沒什么意義。現在亞馬遜說對你的賣家表現沒影響,到時候就說不定了。。

你就去改善一下質量啊,還有做好listing什么的,到時候就可以重新刊登了
