我現(xiàn)在在推一款新產(chǎn)品,等了好久,好不容易來了個(gè)review,竟然是2星的,跟買家溝通,想說以退款或贈(zèng)送禮物的方式讓他改一下評論內(nèi)容,他不同意。?!,F(xiàn)在要怎么做?有什么郵件模板嗎?
