亞馬遜不允許我刊登產(chǎn)品，每個(gè)月還要收$39.99的費(fèi)用，why？？

listing一直是“Currently unavailable”的狀態(tài)，我的賬號(hào)是專業(yè)賬戶（已經(jīng)注冊(cè)品牌了），可就是不能刊登產(chǎn)品。去聯(lián)系亞馬遜Seller Support的人，問(wèn)了好幾次，都只是得到官方的回復(fù)：
“My name is XXX from escalations team and this case has been passed to me for further review today.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you on this regard.
I see that our concerned team is continuing to work on this issue and as soon as I receive an update, I will write to you. We will call you if possible.
We appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard.
Have a nice day.”
為什么我不能刊登產(chǎn)品，亞馬遜還要收我錢？桑心
