亞馬遜客戶說筆記本壞了,退貨卻退回來一個空箱子??

客戶向我買了一臺筆記本,收到貨后他就投訴筆記本壞了,想要退貨。我同意了(我讓他給我照片,看一下哪里出問題了,可他就是不拍)。退回來的箱子還是原先的箱子,完好無損,可里面的東西都沒了。我真是嗶了狗了!你們說會不會是郵局犯的錯誤?現(xiàn)在該怎么辦才好(我還沒退錢,怕買家提交AZ)?

跟seller support說一下這事兒。然后再發(fā)信息跟買家說你收到的是空箱子,禮貌地問一下他是不是忘了把商品放進去,千萬不要指責他詐騙啊什么的。然后再說,等你收到退貨后,你會很樂意退錢給他

這是發(fā)給買家的郵件模板:
"Dear Buyer,
Thank you for purchasing from us on Amazon. Your (item) (description) (serial) was delivered (date) and was as described. We heard that you wanted to return it for refund, and we approved the return (date) under Amazon policy.?
We received a package on (date) with an empty box, photo is attached. I know this is a busy time and it’s easy to get packages mixed up.?
We are ready to refund to your Amazon account ASAP once we receive (our item) (serial) here in original condition. You can send it to (Address) and we recommend using tracking and signature confirmation.
Please let us know once (our item) has been shipped, and the tracking number, so we can look for the shipment and refund promptly as per Amazon policy.

你把發(fā)貨時的包裹重量和退回來的包裹重量做一下比較,不就是很明顯的證據(jù)了?他逃不掉的

樓上的方法可行。如果shipping label上沒有寫包裹的重量信息,你可以聯(lián)系郵局,給他們tracking number,問一下退回來的包裹重量是多少。
然后把前后的重量對比情況發(fā)給買家,問他是不是不小心弄錯了,再說等他把產(chǎn)品退回來后你就退錢

你不退錢,他去開case的話,我覺得亞馬遜應(yīng)該不會讓你出錢,他們自己會退款 ?
