最近有好幾個(gè)客戶都這樣，因?yàn)樗^的“經(jīng)濟(jì)困難”（靠固定收入生活），讓我給個(gè)優(yōu)惠什么的。關(guān)鍵是我賣的是非必需品類的，如果他們資金緊張，為何還要下單？
不知道該怎么回復(fù)，拒絕的話又顯得我沒有同情心，冷酷無情==
